NT Recycling Kft is a high-tech Hungarian company specializing in battery recycling. With a focus on independent technological research and equipment development, the company is dedicated to recycling lithium batteries in a safer, more efficient, and environmentally friendly manner. Our mission is to advance the short-cycle closed loop of battery materials, thereby promoting the sustainable development of key resources in the new energy sector.
Through collaborations with multiple universities, leading high-tech companies, and enterprises with extensive practical experience, NT's own technical team has independently developed a fully enclosed manufacturing scrap recycling system. This system, known as the 'NT Crock,' is truly a dust-free, intelligent piece of equipment. It operates with high efficiency, safety, and sustainable performance.
In terms of safety, our equipment ensures a completely dust-free production environment, protecting the health of our employees. Environmentally, our system surpasses EU dust emission standards and includes an additional independently developed filtration system that achieves a 99.9% filtration rate, making external emissions harmless to the greatest extent possible. We are confident that this equipment is currently the world's most advanced scrap emission system.
By integrating cutting-edge technology with a commitment to sustainability and safety, NT Recycling Kft leads the way in the high-tech battery recycling industry, setting new standards for environmental protection and operational excellence.
NT has developed a comprehensive suite which span the entire recycling process, from efficient waste collection to the transformation of battery-grade raw materials for use in battery mega-factory production lines.

The NT Crock Scrap Recycling Equipment represents our dedication to technological excellence and environmental stewardship. By integrating cutting-edge technology with sustainable practices, we are setting new standards in the battery recycling industry.
Our battery recycling system is designed to be eco-friendly by not discharging wastewater. The only external discharge is dust, effectively filtered through our HEPA system. We have a state-of-the-art detection system that continuously tracks emission data in real time.
To promote transparency and community engagement, we make our data available to residents and relevant agencies. If this data is related to you, please contact us to request access.
Battery manufacturing scraps refer to waste materials generated during the battery production process that have not undergone electrolyte injection, commonly known as "dry scraps." As the name suggests, this type of waste does not contain electrolytes and, therefore, does not have harmful substances that could pollute water sources. The components of these scraps consist only of cathode materials, aluminum, separators, anode materials, and copper.
We use a completely enclosed recycling system to crush the scraps. Then, we separate the different components through vibration and air separation methods. Dust and exhaust generated during the recycling process are filtered and treated to ensure environmental protection and safety. The separated materials can be reused to make new batteries or other products, thereby achieving effective resource recycling.
Our process does not generate wastewater or emit a large amount of exhaust gases. Besides valuable materials produced, such as black powder, aluminum, and copper, there is some dust from the crushing and screening processes. This dust is filtered through our HEPA system. The dust captured in the filter will also be sold as a product, and the dust emissions will not exceed 0.01%.
As we all know, Hungary already has a high battery production capacity. With more and more battery mega-factories coming online, if there isn't enough recycling capacity, these battery manufacturing scraps will be treated as waste, such as being incinerated, which would have a significant impact on the environment. At the same time, the critical raw materials we produce through recycling will help the industry develop more sustainably.
